Grade 6A parents work on constructing a periscope in Science class.

This week Wednesday and Thursday marked our annual Visitation Days for 6th grade parents.  These two days are a unique opportunity for one parent (or grandparent) to shadow their 6th grader for the entire day.  From homeroom to the core and elective subjects, parents learned alongside their child as they moved from class to class for seven periods.  Parents scheduled on Wednesday got a workout in Mr. Seria’s PE class, while parents on Thursday experienced Mr. Kanakanui and Mr. Wilcox’s Band/Chorus class.  We hope parents enjoyed their day in the life of a KCS middle schooler!
